MADE TO MEASURE – AVA PRIVÉ
To ensure the highest level of attention to our Customers, we offer a made-to-measure service, Ava Privé meaning that certain products from our Website can be ordered custom-made by using Client’s personal measurements and yourstylistic desires.
This exclusive made-to-measure service can be requested by selecting the option ‘Ava Privé’ from the menu. After placing the order, you will receive a measurements form and a declaration of which both should be filled in with the respective data and sent back to email address: info@maisonava.com. Our team is at your service for any information needed for making a made-to-measure order.
Ava Privé custom-made products must be subject to additional arrangements. The price, execution terms and delivery time must be arranged in the correspondence between you and our team. We always do our best to maintain a reasonable term for execution.
As our client, you should give precise and accurate information for the customized order following the Sizes Guide on the Website and the instructions of Maison Ava Team. We recommend the measurements to be determined by a professional tailor. Maison Ava shall not be liable for any loss or additional expense relating to mistakes and/or changes in the Client’s measurements.
Each custom-made product is made specifically to your specifications and preferences and such orders can't be cancelled or returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5-7 days after items are received. We will do our best to address your issues. In rare cases when Maison Ava and client agrees on alterations (we are not obligated to offer such but can negotiate in each particular case), the client is responsible for covering shipping charges and any additional charges for alterations.
CREDIT CARDS We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
SHIPPING POLICY Shipping Time -- Depending on your location, shipping timefully depends on destination and customs regulations and usually ranges from 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
You should receive an email confirming your order, if you do not please check your junk email box or contact us straight away, as it is possible your order has not been successfully completed.

• RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. PLEASE ALLOW 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURN OF ANY MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE RETURN REQUIREMENTS.
